(1) In case the government goods become invalid or sold, various committees have been formed to examine the goods and all related details. Each committee will examine only the goods and details prepared and presented before it and submit its decision. -left: 30px;">(1) Commander-in-chief appointed by the Commander-in-Chief
(2) Representative of Administrative Department (Receipt) – Member
(3) Representative of the Department (General) - Member (b) Bahini, Gana and C.O. The following people will be in the committee to judge the goods of other formations as useless:-

(1) (a) In the case of formations, U.Ch.Ka.W.B.M.-Chairman
(b) Two officers appointed by the commander of the formation – member

(2) (a) Gan and C.O. In case of existing formations, second in command – Chairman
(b) Two officers appointed by the CO – Member
(c) Gulmko and other O.C. The following people will be in the committee to consider the goods of the units as useless:-

(1) Second-in-Command-Chairman
(2) O.C. Two Su./jam-members appointed by

But if two members are not available, one Su. from the nearest unit. or Jam. To be appointed.
(3) If the items of the post under Gulm are deemed unfit, the respective Gulm committee will do it.
